Table Talk is back… once again Maia and I attacked the culinary scene of New Haven. Today’s feature: ROLi, a four-month-old Euro-Hungarian restaurant in Wooster Square. 

The menu was immediately enticing. Whipped ricotta! Roasted eggplant! Burrata salad! Beef carpaccio! I mean… C’mon now!
