All in all, I’m dying to go back already, especially with the daily changing menu. Fair Haven Oyster Co lived up to my expectations and saved my Valentine’s Day. Might be my new favorite New Haven Restaurant??

Big things have been happening in the Elm. Fruity, fresh, and fantastic things.

The menu’s strength lies in its variety. Maison serves up breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with most items falling in the brunch category.
